- This Privacy Policy covers Hyground’s
treatment of personally identifiable information
that Hyground collects when you are on the
Hyground site, and when you use Hyground’s
services. This policy also covers Hyground’s
treatment of any personally identifiable information
that Hyground's business partners share with
Hyground.
- The policy also gives information about
cookies; Hyground and third parties' use of
cookies; and how you may disable such cookies.
- This policy does not apply to the practices
of companies that Hyground does not own or
control or to people that Hyground does not

- Hyground collects personally identifying
information when you register for a Hyground
account, when you use certain Hyground products
or services, when you visit Hyground pages,
and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes.
- When you register with Hyground we ask

with Hyground and sign in to our services,

- Hyground also automatically receives and

- Hyground may set and access Hyground cookies

- Hyground allows other companies that are
presenting advertisements on some of our pages

access to Hyground cookies.

connection with Hyground products and services

Hyground uses its own cookies
for a number of purposes, including to:

you are using Hyground's services.

banners, based on your interests submitted
by you at registration and activity including
pages viewed on Hyground.
