Project

After the initial contact we will meet with you in your own office environment. The purpose of the first gathering is to identify the general goals of our involvement with you. We will provide you with a questionnaire to give you the opportunity to collect the information we require to conduct a high level analysis. Once you have given us access to the information we will request and conduct site visits to your offices.

The combination of data provided by you and the site visits allows us to make a preliminary statement in our second meeting. The high level analysis we present to you will point out the key areas to be closely examined as well as the successes you have achieved. We will then work out a project plan with you and determine the next steps of our cooperation.

Team

Our team is the most important factor in our project with you. We believe in personal relationships as the greatest aspect of our business with you. Therefore we will identify the most suitable project leader to interface with you and those you appoint. The appropriate skills, market and industry experience and personality determine who is our main partner for you.

Our appointed project leader will drive the process of data gathering and further steps in the project. Each of our team members is capable and experienced in project management, covering the different angles of requirements.
